Company Information

Working with RTC

Robert Toler Creative (RTC) is a progressive, stress-free company that despises the timecard structure and is always looking for ways to improve employee life and company culture. The success of our employees (and contractors) will always be based on contribution and results. If you meet deadlines, attend meetings, offer ideas, and produce results – everyone will love you!

We want quality talent and have created a model that pays well, while still providing a reasonably priced product to customers. As we release and expand new products and services, even more opportunities will emerge. We’re leading change in the creative industry and need thinkers and leaders that are passionate to help us. Our goal is to develop a long-term, small knit group that we can call friends, not just colleagues.

Plans for Growth

We are a boutique creative agency that has been around for the past 15+ years, just not under the RTC brand. With new marketing and creative products in development and nearing completion, the company is positioned for growth in 2016/17. While we are strengthening our contractor count initially to handle expected demand and ongoing overflow, management of monthly products/services and overall growth will require a larger in-house team. Plans for that next phase is tentatively slated for late 2016/early 2017.

  • Project Director – Employee Eligible (Oct 2016)
  • Marketing Manager – Employee Eligible (Jan 2017)

Current Opportunities

Contract Designer

Have your own gear and the skills to pay the bills? Rapid growth in 2016 has us on the hunt for creatives all across the country. You’ll be creating killer campaign graphics for customers in a number of industries, for a number of different verticals. Our customers count on us for a range of professional, high quality graphics which vary across social and website platforms to print and presentations applications.

You’ll won’t be required to code a web page or do anything else other than digital graphics. Project details are outlined and defined by a project director, so you’ll always have the right source materials and questions answered before starting – making life easy for everyone.

  • Communication is absolute here and is the foundation for the company’s culture and future growth. We are looking for pure communicators, both verbally and written.
  • You’ll have an amount of time to complete a campaign’s graphics from the time it’s assigned. Work slow, work now, work later, work fast – we simply don’t care as long as it’s done to spec.
  • The faster you complete one campaign, the faster you’ll get another, and so on.

Unlike hourly work that most are likely used to, you’ll get paid based on your performance and results. The better the quality; the more work you’ll get. The faster you create that quality work; the more money you’ll make. Pretty simple right. For frame of reference, the slowest designers make $15-$30 an hour, while a more proficient designer easily makes $35-$50 an hour.
