The Taste of Branson
The Taste of Branson, a full-color magazine, is seen in over 10,000 hotel rooms around the Branson area. The annual in-room publication provides hungry guests two-dozen pages of sample menus, restaurant information and tantalizing photos. 2012 was the publication’s first year, and I was proud to have been the sole designer on the project.
Although The Taste looks and feels like an expensive publication, many of the restaurants found inside are affordable and family friendly. Having a more upscale product allowed it to shine in the best of rooms and offer a slight highlight in the worst of rooms. Other than a few paid advertisements from outside partners I produced everything including the logo, cover, assets and page layout.
